About Us

This takes on many forms from person to person. For me, it is an innate sense that we all belong to part of something bigger. Knowing we are all in the connected journey of life together warms my soul and makes me want to be a better human for everyone. Life – my family, friends and coworkers are all a part of my life. I have heard people talk about work life balance and wearing different hats but for me I choose life balance. Formed connections with other people happen everywhere. If I am authentic and the same person around family, friends and coworkers I don’t need to compartmentalize. Work is a part of my life, not separate from it. I choose authenticity in all aspects of life because it brings me joy regardless of the environment I’m in.

Choose courage to do the right thing over comfort to fit in, every time! Stay true to your word and match actions with what you speak. Benevolence – be intentional and well-meaning in everything you do. Speak from the heart and utilize kindness in everything you do. Empathy, openness and wholeheartedness are also values I hold dear however, integrity and benevolence are the ones I check-in with most when making a decision.

This is a borrowed thought because I can’t find a truer meaning for me. “Simple message with powerful results, especially when people learn they can expect you to do it. Some of the major characteristics of a servant leader include active listening, empathy, healer, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, stewardship, commitment to growth and community building. I try to model these in my life and wholeheartedly believe I am here to work for you; not the other way around.

Regardless of what the day’s taskers entail, I will stop what I am doing to ensure you have my full and undivided attention. Individual/group interactions and connections are important to me. I will actively listen and fully engage with the person/people I am with at the time.

I will always be my whole self and live my life with heart while leaning into what makes me feel vulnerable and fearful. I will share my weaknesses, own my mistakes, laugh with you and cry with you all in the hopes of building connection and trust. Authenticity, connection and trust are the major building blocks for an environment of belonging!

Seek out growth for your life/Find out who you are at your core. There is no greater investment than improving you. A growth mindset makes you a better father, mother, spouse, friend, coworker and YOU. Make a list of what brings you real joy and meaning and a list of what gets in the way. Build on your joy and meaning list and work to reduce your list of what gets in the way.

We all have our own negative internal voice. Do not let that own you! If I can treat others with kindness and compassion in time of need, I can treat myself the same way. Look at yourself in the mirror and smile at all your perfect imperfections and start talking to yourself like you are your own friend. It will change your world!

Enjoy the journey of life and find gratitude in every moment! The journey of life has its ups and downs. I am mindful of the things I can and cannot change and do my best to experience my emotions for what they are without attaching any additional stories to them. I try to embrace all of my emotions (shame and guilt to happiness and joy) and can find gratitude in any experience. My most traumatic experiences have helped shape me into who I am today. If I like who I am, how could I not find gratitude for the bad experiences in my life. Also, do things that bring you joy!
